No one can call you with your AGI. No one else has access to your 2018 tax return.

Your 2018 tax return shows your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.

If you are using the same TT account that you used last year, you should also be able to find this number in your Tax Home for 2018

If entering the amount from your 2018 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead.  If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.

Well I'm kinda on the same boat but my problem is that I can't access to my email that is linked to the turbotax account and so far nobody has been able to help me

@jsjs3232 If you are trying to find your 2018 AGI to e-file 2019, don't bother.  E-filing is closed and you do not need the AGI.  A 2019 return must be printed, signed and mailed.

If you need your 2018 return for something else:

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
