This is a public Internet forum.   You should not post any personal information in this user community forum.  This forum cannot provide your IP PIN, but we can tell you how to get it.

A 6-digit IP PIN is an Identity Protection PIN provided by the IRS, either to victims of ID theft or to people who opted-in to the IP PIN program.   If you are supposed to use an IP PIN and did not receive a letter from the IRS with this year's IP PIN, you have to get the IP PIN at the IRS website using their retrieval tool.

If you are required to have an IP PIN, here's where you can get it:

@Solo5 What are you asking for?  No one in the user forum would have access to your 6-digit PIN.  That is issued to you by the IRS if you requested one.  Or are you asking for something else?

@Llelwyn32242  You have to keep two tabs open.   Keep the tab with your tax return open, and use a different tab to get the code.  Do not close the "code" tab until you have entered the code into your return.
