To gain access to the old account and your 2019 return, you can use the Account Recovery tool page, but do NOT use the data field there since your phone number and email address are different. Instead leave that field blank and instead scroll down a bit and use the small blue link "Try Something Else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

Once you are back in the old account, you can update any account settings, such as email address and phone number, etc.. To do that, in the left column menu scroll down to Intuit Account.
How do you intend to prepare your 2020 return? If preparing it in Online TurboTax, do you plan to use the old account or the new account? If you use the old account, the 2019 data should transfer into your new 2020 return when you start it.
If you use the new account for your 2020 online return, and if you want to transfer the *.tax2019 data file from the old account into your 2020 return, you'd have to first download the *.tax2019 data file from the old account to your computer. Then you can upload the *.tax2019 data file to transfer it into a new 2020 online return. So if you already have been preparing your 2020 return in the new account, the process would require you to to clear it and start over in order to upload the *.tax2019 data file. We can tell you how to do all that if it comes to it. First, you just need to worry about getting access to the 2019 account and getting a copy of your 2019 return.
