I need help with e-filing. I had to change SSID in form 8938 with help from TurboTax help team. But now it won't efile unless I cancel the override.

That is correct. When you do an over-ride, two things happen:

1) You completely invalidate the TurboTax 100% accuracy guarantee.

2) You can not e-file. You have no choice but to print, sign and mail your return to the IRS.
