I need help with designating the category for a Box 14 tax exempt amount deducted from my paycheck for a flex plan account (S 125)

There is no category description for a flex health account deduction.

If there is not a specific category that matches, then choose Other - not classified.

Unless the items in box 14 meet those specific categories shown, they will not affect your tax return and employers may use box 14 to report a variety of items.
