Sorry----TurboTax cannot help with those tax years.   TurboTax software only goes back as far as tax year 2022.   You are years too late to receive refunds for 2018 or 2020; refunds for 2018 or 2020 have been forfeited.  If you owe tax due for either of those years, it is owed with late filing penalties and interest.   

You could "google" other tax software that might be useful in preparing past year returns or seek local paid tax help.

Or---use paper forms from the IRS to prepare by hand and mail in.
