Im claming both of my kids and its only saying i get back $5,426 and i got back $7,808 last year with both of my kids and it won't let me submit my taxes so i can file...and i also havent recived my second stimulus check

With regards to your tax refund, could you provide additional clarification?  Are you talking about your 2020 tax return or your 2019 return?
