I need assistance in entering numerous carryforwards for my dad's return. Does Turbotax offer this as part the paid service?

If you use TurboTax Full Service, then the expert assigned to prepare your return would be able to enter any applicable carryovers from your dad's prior year return if the forms are supported within TurboTax.

If you want to prepare your father's return, any version of Turbotax has an interview that will ask about carry forwards, and you can enter the answers.  If you want human help, Turbotax Live will give you someone to assist over video chat, and Turbotax Full Service can actually do it for you.  Each level of help is more expensive, of course.
