I need answers, do I mail my 1040V voucher with any thing other than the 1040A ,copy B federal return and my check for$1273 ?

If you filed the tax return itself electronically, you only mail the 1040V voucher and the check...do not send a copy of the tax return.

If youre filing the return on paper, then yes, the 1040A, with the W2(s) and or 1099(s) that include federal withholding stapled to the front where indicated, and the 1040V and check all get mailed together.  Don't forget to sign the return before mailing.
