I need a download link for my Turbotax 2024 purchase

I just bought the 2024 Home and Business version from The Intuit Amazon store. My Credit card company declined the payment for security reasons, they cleared the sale after I gave them the go ahead but Amazon now does not provide me access to the download link for the software. I have the access code but no software. What to do now?
