I need a compass to rescue me from being lost during a TurboTax error check... Help?

Greeting and question:  Does anybody know how to get an answer during a TurboTax app error check demanding for someone to do something that's too confusing? 

For example what ARE these instructions, "Sh Basis wks Boxes must be Entered?" as part of a TurboTax Business error check in an S-corporation Information Worksheet?  A worksheet?  Do we HAVE to click a box?  If we don't check a box on the worksheet we'll get in trouble with the govt?

In short, I'm mostly lost knowing where to turn.  I'd even like to know how one of the experts might be able to review this return? 

Frustrating.  Thanks so much in advance for an expert answer. 😎

Sorry, I forgot that the other weird questions are on "Weighted Average Ownership Percentage Worksheet."  Again, another worksheet goes to the government or am I being forced to x boxes to keep it only in files?

I'm also wondering if they're asking how many shares to own, is it always for one owner to own 60,000?
