I moved out of CA middle of 2022 before the winter storms, how do I file an extension?

CA Resident before June 2022

Sold home and moved out to FL in June 2022

Need an extension

I understand there's an automatic extension to October 16 for people affected by the 2022 winter storms. Since I moved out before this happened, I was not affected and my residency is now in FL.

How can I file for an extension on my CA State tax?

Thanks. I've been to those links but it just takes me back to the California tax site which doesn't give much details. I plan to have a refund but ended up just paying $10 to fill out the extension form. So for anyone else watching, fill out and pay the form assuming you will have to pay some taxes to get the extension. You'll get it back in the refund.
