I moved in March 2017, do I put in my new mailing address or keep the old in. I did not mark moved at the beginning since my move was in 2017

You should use your current mailing address. In the event, the IRS needs to send you a letter/correspondence they will use the address listed on your tax return so you want to make sure that you use the address where you currently receive your mail.
Also, Your 2017 move should not be stated on your 2016 taxes.
