I moved from CT to TX in 2019. CT requires to file some forms (CT 1040) for part year residents. Does turbotax fill and file such forms? or do I need to do it separately?

Turbotax can and will complete part year state returns ... follow the screen instruction in the STATE tab  AND make sure you indicate the change in the MY INFO tab in the beginning of the interview.

Yes, TurboTax can file your part-time CT Tax Return, or any other state returns that you need. 

When you start your return, TurboTax will walk you through some questions regarding your residency status to determine what State Returns you need to file. If you have already passed through the initial interview section, you can return to it by clicking on "My Info" on the left side of your screen in TurboTax Online.
