I moved and cant retrieve my ip pin. I need to know where do I send my state and federal return and what do I enclose so that they know its me?

I cant get the pin where do I mail return?

I have a similar issue. Did you finally filed manually (mail), or were you able to retrieve the IP PIN?

Please refer to the Form 1040 Instructions for information on what to include with your return.  You will have to check with your respective state (see link below) for instructions on what documents to include with your state return.

The mailing address for federal tax returns varies by your state of residence, and whether or not you are including a payment.  Please see the list below to locate your respective state and the appropriate mailing address for your federal tax return.
