I messed up on my 1099g

Delete it and enter it again. 

Sign into your account and go into the return

Open the “Tax Tools” drop-down on the left side bar

Click on “Tools” on that drop-down

Click Delete a form (the third one down) on the “Tools Center” screen

Scroll down and click “Delete” next to Form 1099-G

For some reason that option isn't appearing. I signed out and in a couple of times but nothing. Is it cause I'm basically ready to file?

Yes, you'll have to go back into your return. You can do this by selecting "Add a state" (you don't have to add a state, it just gets you back in).
