I mailed my return but when I enter my info to get the status it says the info isn’t correct I’ve tried multiple times.

How long ago did you mail your return? It takes at least four weeks after mailing a return to see any information on the IRS site.

Did you mail both federal and state? Hopefully in separate envelopes to the right places.
