No--you do not get "everything" you paid in. You do not get back anything that was withheld for Social Security or Medicare. Your refund can come from box 2--federal tax withheld, and/or from box 17--state tax withheld.
Enter your W-2 in Federal>Wages & Income
In most cases, you will get all of your withholdings refunded when your income is below the standard deduction.
There is nothing for you to add on. All you have to do is enter the W-2 forms as provided and any other information that is required for this return. Depending on your situation you may get back more than your withholdings. TurboTax does all of the calculations based on the information on the return. Make sure you enter all of the background information accurately.
Now, remember that withholdings are in Box 2 and 17 on the W-2s and your refund will most likely be based on box 2 for your federal refund and box 17 for your state refund.
There are so many if, and and buts that can change the results, but based on your question. Yes you should receive a refund of at least the withholdings.
