I made 21 cents interest for my savings account so I did not receive a 1099-INT for it. How and where do you report this through turbo tax?

Under the 1099-INT section on turbo tax, it only asks you to enter information from the boxes of a 1099-INT. How do you enter the amount without it?

Since the amount of interest is under $0.50 it does not have to be entered.

You are not able to enter a dollar amount less than $1 and $.23 rounds down to $0.  Retain any paperwork of the interest in your tax papers.
