TurboTax does a great job of walking you through your return and asking all the right questions to ensure you get all the deductions and credits you are entitled to.  You should be confident that you took advantage of everything available to you.

 

We can not see your return.  Is there any questions you have about a specific deduction or credit?

Yes, that is likely the case.  It is almost always better to file jointly.  There are some special circumstances where it is better to file separately.

 

Here is a great article explaining the advantages of filing jointly and the consequences of filing separately.  It also gives you some instances when it might be better to file separately.

You can using form 9465 to request an installment agreement.  Normally the agreement is for 72 months.  Here is a link to the IRS form.
