I'm using TurboTax Deluxe 2018 and made a payment for state e-file but I am still being asked to pay again in the software before proceeding forward. Why?

It might be possible that the payment did not go thorough the system but my card was charged and I have received email confirmation.

With TurboTax Deluxe, there is one fee for the Federal return plus an additional fee for the state return.
