I'm unable to upload Merrill -Merrill Edge 1099 to Turbo Tax Deluxe for tax year 2024. The error showed

Please attempt your login again. If you continue to have difficulty. Please call 1.800.MERRILL (737.7455). I called them and worked with them. There is no issues with my account and they said they can't help with Turbo Tax upload. Asking me to contact Turbo Tax. There is no phone number I can contact Turbo Tax. The phone number [phone number removed] wouldn't route me to a real person.

There is No Reportable Year-End Tax Data Related To Your Merrill Lynch Login Id. I had verified with ML and I can even see the tax document in my account. Please help
If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

Make sure you have also enabled third-party authorization on the brokerage side. You can follow the tips in this link to enter the summary of the transactions based upon the holding period and type of sales.
TurboTax will prompt you if you need to mail anything else in after electronically filing your tax return. Please see "Do I need to mail anything after I've e-filed" for more details.
