I've deleted my cache, cookies and browsing history and I've restarted my computer. I'm still getting this same error message and am unable to finish my tax return. Please help!

I've not seen any issues regarding this. Since clearing your cache and cookies didn't work, can you try a different browser or an incognito window.
I’ve cleared my cache, browsing history, restarted my computer and have tried accessing on my personal computer, on my work computer and on the TurboTax app without any success. I can answer the 3 questions with regard to the 1099-G but when I click ‘Continue’, I get the same exact error message, “Something went wrong”. Any additional help or guidance is appreciated!
I’ve also tried using an incognito window on my personal computer and on my work computer and am still getting the same error message.

If you are using the TurboTax desktop editions for tax year 2024 make sure that your software is at the latest release.
Click on Online at the top of the desktop program screen
Click on Check for Updates
If you are using the TurboTax desktop editions on a Windows based computer, try this -
Save your tax return. Close the TurboTax program
Right click on the TurboTax icon
Click on Run as administrator
Start the TurboTax 2024 desktop program and see if the problem persists
I too have the same problem. All help is appreciated.
I am not sure if I am late answering your question but I had the same issue, the only resolution was to clear and start over my tax return. Once I did that, I was able to enter my 1099-G unemployment tax details. Hope this works for you too!
Once you start over fresh/new you will be able to upload the form or enter it manually.
Same issue. Have tried everything everyone here has suggested. I now literally cannot file my taxes. I'm using web version. It's a technical bug. There's no one to talk to. And I am definitely not deleting and starting over - that is a good 10 hours worth of work for no guarantee that the bug won't persist. This really needs technical support.
Did you try starting over? Here's How to Clear and Start Over.
You can Contact TurboTax Support to speak to a person for more help.
That is not a helpful suggestion.
First of all, my post mentions that I did not try restarting.
And I did not try restarting because I have already spent countless hours entering information, so I'm not willing; I'd be more willing to go use someone else's product at that point, which makes that suggestion all the more absurd for your business.
Second of all, no -- have YOU tried fixing the bug?
For anyone else reading, the solve I found: Change the paid product you're using.
For turbotax, making me pay more for a product's service I don't need just so I can route around your bug is tantamount to theft.
Do better.
To clarify, what type of a 1099 G are you trying to enter? Is it for property tax refund, unemployment, or some other type of income. If it for property tax, did you itemize in 2023? If you did not, you don't need to report it.
let us know the type of income it is and we can advise how to report the income without the error message.
