You can enter estimates if you want but you must wait for your W-2.  See this TurboTax support FAQ on last paystub - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899643-can-i-use-my-last-paystub-if-i-don-t-have-my-w-2-yet

Your W2 usually doesn't match your paystub.  It's best to wait for the W2.  Otherwise if you file using your paycheck then when you get the W2 you will have to send in an amended return to correct it.
