I'm trying to skip the children part of your form. And go to the next question to finish my paperwork for me to become a turbo tax customer. That's all I want to do. Ok

I never had any kids. I'm wanting to find a way to get to the next question if possible.

You can click on Tax Home (on the left side panel) at any point when preparing your return, as long as you are signed in to your TurboTax Online account.   If you don't see Tax Home on the left side of the screen, you are not signed in to your TurboTax Online account.   (click either link to do so)

If you want to get out of the section you are in and remove any dependents listed on your return, 

1. Click on Tax Home.
2. Click on My Info (this is where you will find any dependents on your return).
3. Click on Finish.
4. Scroll down and click on Delete (trash can icon) next to each dependent that should not be there. 
5. Click on Continue.

@c2be1a42be3b Are you in the tax software and answering questions in My Info?  Or are you in some sort of preliminary interview screens that are asking you questions to steer you to the right version of the software?  We cannot see your screen so we do not know what you are doing or why you seem to be stuck.
