I`m trying to make a payment to Turbotax. I dont live in the US and I keep getting a message to select a State where I live before I can make a payment. WHY???

I filled in my forein address but still wants me to select a state.

Return to the MY INFO tab ... edit yourself ... and answer the state residency question correctly ... look at the bottom of that drop down list for foreign or US possession.
