I'm trying to import stock sales from Interactive Brokers. I entered the QueryID and Token exactly as they give it to me. I get "That form wasn't found". What wrong?

The brokerage firm may have taken the 2018 tax forms off of their systems for exporting. Contact the firm or use their website to get the stock sale information Form 1099-B.

I am being showed form 2106 and I'm not being allowed to directly interact with it. i want to delete it. how do i delete form 2106 from my state return?
