I’m trying to fill in my health insurance info from form 1099-HC and it keeps going back to the beginning of the section every time I try to finish it. I’m using the form

I’m 100% sure I’m putting the info its asking me correctly based off my 1099 HC and its not telling me why its not accepting it, no error message, just going back. Please help!!
