I'm trying to file taxes and I owe more than normal so I need to use the File Now, Pay Later option but I don't see how to do that. Can someone explain it?

You don’t make that option in your return. You can make arrangements directly with the IRS for payment options after you file your return.

Here are some of the eligibility requirements to qualify for File Now, Pay Later:

• Your federal tax balance is $200 to $6,000. 
• Your physical address is located in the United States
• Your physical address is listed on your tax return
• Your address isn't located in a US territory, a PO box or a prison address
• You are 18 years of age or older
• Your tax return filed is not on behalf of a deceased person
• Primary tax filer must have a Social Security number
• You are e-filing your federal tax return with TurboTax.

If you meet those requirements, TurboTax should give you the option.
