I'm trying to file my state tax. I called my back to know why my payment isn't processed but they informed it wasnt from their end.

Did you file it very recently? Keep in mind that the federal and state governments are swamped right now, and may not be able to process your payment on the day you requested it.

As long as you paid before the deadline (which you did) you will be fine, even if the state doesn't actually take payment for a few more days. It's the normal April 15 craziness.
