I'm trying to enter an estimated payment I made in 2018. How do I enter it so I get credit for that payment in addition to my regular withholding in my 2018 return?

In order to enter your estimated payments, please follow the directions below.

• Log in to your TurboTax Online Account
• Type estimates paid in the search box 
• Click on the Jump to link.

Your state and local tax payments are automatically transferred to your state return. We’ll also use them to determine whether you’d benefit from itemized deductions instead of a standard deduction.
