I stroll all the way down, my info is already populated however, its asking for start and end dates for shared policy. My policy is not shared

If the data is that erratic, I would follow these steps.

 

  1. Delete the IRS form 1095-A.
  2. Then close TurboTax.
  3. Then clear cache and cookies.  See this TurboTax Help.
  4. Re-open TurboTax.
  5. Re-enter the IRS form 1095-A.
