I’m trying to access my 2017 returns but I’m unable to do so. I won’t be able to e-file my 2018 returns unless I can provide the AGI number?

You can obtain your AGI by getting a free an instant IRS tax transcript if you are unable to pull it from Turbo Tax.  Please see below:

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
