I'm trying to access my 2016 return and download it as a PDF, but the button is saying "error making request."

Hi @scott_layne_gill, the error you are experiencing is caused by your firewall blocking the download. First clear cache and cookies and if you still have the error please review the following information to learn how to allow the TurboTax download. If the problem persists please share a screenshot showing the error so we can identify the issue. Make sure to hide your personal information when sharing.
