I received a 1099-int from a joint account with my mom. She pass away 11/16. I was going to her taxes and the 1009-int on her statement.

I'm sorry for the passing of your Mother.

1099-INT for joint accounts are often issued to one person with their SS#. If the 1099-INT has your mother's SS#, you would enter it on her tax return. If your SS# is listed, enter the 1099-INT on your return.
