If you cannot get your wife's information, you will have to mail in your return leaving the information off your return. If you have a prior years returns with your spouse, her SSN would be on the return.

attach a statement to the return stating you could not obtain your spouse's SSN and provide her name and most recent address. if you used TT last yaer perhaps you can access that return (provided your spouse has not changed the passsword for it).
