You do not "need" 1095A unless you actually had health insurance from healthcare.gov--aka the marketplace, aka "Obamacare" aka Affordable Care Act. If you had 1095B then when it asks if you have a 1095A you just say NO and move on. You do not enter anything about having a 1095B.
To clarify: Is Medicare your primary health insurance? And do you have secondary health insurance coverage?
If you have health insurance coverage in addition to Medicare, you may have that coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace. If so, you will have a Form 1095-A for 2025.
To check whether or not you have a Form 1095-A, you can log into the healthcare.gov website or call them at 1-800-318-2596.
