Turbotax can prepare the form (but you can do that yourself) but Turbotax does not help you calculate the estimate. Turbotax is exclusively tax prep -- you can use Turbotax 2017 to prepare your 2017 taxes and to print vouchers for 2018 estimated payments, but it doesn't track your income and expenses to help you calculate those payments.
You may want to look at the Quickbooks Self-employment bundle. It consists of a limited version of Quickbooks (for one business only) and a limited version of Turbotax SE version (one tax return only) and is a monthly subscription. You use Quickbooks to track your business income and expenses over the year, and it calculates your estimated payments. At the end of the year your PNL flows into Turbotax for your tax return.

If you have more than one small business or need to prepare more than one tax return, you may be better off buying the fully functional Quickbooks and Turbotax Home & Business separately.
