I'm only given the option to take a picture of my W-2 or fill it in manually. Why can't I use my import code? My company does offer importing.

I'm using a tablet. I checked both desktop and the app and neither gives me the option to use my import code

Employers have until February 1 to make your W-2 available. You are trying too soon. Have patience and give some time for your employer to make it available.
