I'm on the filing step and everything is good to go. I entered all my Driver's License info and say continue, then nothing happens

This happened to me, too. Got to the last step for e-filing and the screen goes blank: doesn't finish and there is no explanation why. Very frustrating. I don't want to file by mail if I don't have to, as I have e-filed every year with this software without incident. Please respond.
