This happened to me, too.  Got to the last step for e-filing and the screen goes blank: doesn't finish and there is no explanation why.  Very frustrating.  I don't want to file by mail if I don't have to, as I have e-filed every year with this software without incident.  Please respond.

If you are having problems with the program loading slowly, timing out, or saving your answers, please try clearing your cookies and cache. For instructions please click the following links: Clear Cookies & Clear Cache. If this does not work, I recommend trying another browser and checking your internet connection.
