I'm on my state part and it's not letting me do it

Why I can't do my state tax on turbo tax

Arkansas and Louisiana

Did you move from one state to the other?  Work in one of the states--live in another?   Why two states?   We do not know if you need to file part year returns for each one or a non-resident for one.

Lived in one state worked in another I know I suppose to do my non resident first but when I click on it it just takes me to the end of my taxes and says my states are not started
