OK, you make $22,000 and I assume are single with no dependents other than yourself.
You get a $6350 standard deduction and a $4,050 personal exemption for a total of $10,400.
So your taxable income would be 22,000 - $10,400 = $11,600.
The first $9,350 is taxed at 10% or $932.50 and the excess is taxed at 15% or ($2,250 X 15%) $387.50.
So these two amounts have your taxes at $1,223 and then the taxes withheld in Box 2 of the W-2's must be around $500 or so.
Having two jobs the taxes taken out is lower due to the withholding tables not taking into account both jobs.
Note: There are approx numbers as I have no access to your tax information (nor should I) and do not for sure your filing status, age, and other tax situations you may have.
I hope this helps.
