I'm married but I file for divorce last year in December 2020. My wife lived at our house for 11 months in 2020. How should I file? She does not live at home.

Should I file married jointly or married separate? She lived for 11 months at our house.

You use the status on December 31st of the tax year.  Since you filed for divorce nut it was not finalized in December 2020, you will file as Married.  You can decide together if you to file Joint or Separate, it doe snot matter that you did not live together.
