I'm having trouble with the state part of my taxes I work in Pennsylvania but I live in Delaware that's the only hold up my return keeps getting rejected

Prepare a Pennsylvania Non-Resident return first, to report only your income and/or taxes paid there.

Then prepare your Delaware Resident return, where you report all of your income, and also the amount of 'tax paid to another state', if this applies.
