That is one of the emails. It reads like I need to do more. But I completely e-filed as far as I can tell. When I log in there are no steps to do, and at the top of my TurboTax it reads, “Way to go, Sara! You filed your 2022 taxes.” And I have the option to download my documents.
Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser.
Another possibility is you may have multiple TurboTax accounts. It's very easy to create another TurboTax account without realizing it. You can check to see if you have multiple accounts by following the steps in the below TurboTax help article.
