I'm getting an error when trying to enter W2. It says: "Hmm, looks like we've hit a snag." TurboTax deluxe desktop. Thoughts?

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.

Solved by deleting TurboTax and redownloading it from my account.
