I'm filling out turbo tax. I have completed all of the income and deductions and come to "did you have health insurance coverage in 2018" I receive medicare. I'm stymied?

You would answer "yes" since Medicare is medical insurance. You would indicate if you had it all year, or only the months that you had it.
