This was in reference to the question of the 1095-a insurance from the marketplace on the federal tax form 

my wife was only in the policy for 3 months and it was asking the percentage of shared cost, I think I answered it correctly it 50/50 I just wanted clarification

Yes, you can allocate the policy on your joint return even though you were not married the entire tax year. The answer assumes there is no other tax family on your policy.
