The program is not yet updated with the new extended date.  You can file now & then choose to pay your Federal taxes owed by check.  Then you can file without paying.

Then, to schedule a new payment, go to the IRS Direct Pay site.

Please be aware that due to IRS office closures and limited staffing, it might be difficult, or take longer than usual, to speak to a person.
