I’m filing my taxes and fixing to efile and it’s asking for AIG for 2017 I don’t see why I’m having issues if I have been filing with turbo tax for years

If you transferred your 2017 tax information into your 2018 tax return when you first started it, your AGI should have transferred and already be entered. If you did not transfer, then you will have to enter it.

We filed our 2024 taxes with a refund and we still have not recieved it . Everytime I call the number I cannot speak to representatives. Is there another number
